• Client / User / You: Any individual or entity accessing the Website or using our Services.

• We / Us / Our / WRM Accounting & Consulting: The owner and operator of the Website and provider of the Services, William R. Marth II.

• Refunds: As accounting and consulting services are usually bespoke and may involve substantial work up front, refunds are at our discretion and will be governed by the terms of the agreement between us and you.

• WRM Accounting & Consulting aims to provide accurate and reliable information but does not guarantee that content, advice or services are error-free or will meet your particular requirements.

• The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We disclaim all implied warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top.
